I am a highly experienced Chartered Counselling Psychologist, Chartered Scientist, and Associate Fellow with the British Psychological Society; a Practitioner Psychologist with the Health & Care Professions Council; and, a Registered Senior Accredited Counsellor & Psychotherapist with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and I am listed on the register of the Professional Standards Authority. I adhere to their codes of ethics/standards of proficiency. I have extensive competency working from an evidence-based practice with many mental health issues, and I am trained in a variety of psychological approaches – principally, Person-Centred; along with Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy; Pluralistic Counselling, and, Solution-Focused Therapy.
